F1: In connection with the closing of the initial public offering of the Issuer, each share of Class F Common Stock was converted into one share of Class A Common Stock. Such shares of Class A Common Stock held by the Reporting Person were automatically immediately exchanged for an equal number of shares of Class B Common Stock pursuant to an Exchange Agreement with the Issuer, dated March 16, 2021.
