Sub: Intimation of cut-off date for postal ballot
Refer our letter dated November 13, 2024, informing about the Raising of funds by issue of NonConvertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs.10,000 million to be allotted in one or more tranches, through Private Placement, within the borrowing limits approved by the Shareholders under Section 180(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to approval of the Shareholders through Postal Ballot.
The cut-off date for eligible shareholders to get notice of postal ballot and e-Voting has been fixed as December 6, 2024.
