Sub: Retirement of Senior Management Personnel - Disclosure under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”)

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that Mr. Yoichi Sato, Chief-Quality & HSE Officer, a Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations has retired from the services of the Company on May 31, 2026 in accordance with the Company’s policy and shall cease to be a SMP of the Company.

The details as required in terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, as amended, read with SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given in Annexure A.
