Apollo Silver Corp.

(formerly Apollo Gold & Silver Corp. (the “ Company ”))

Item 2 Description of the Transaction

On September 10, 2021, the Company changed its name from “Apollo Gold & Silver Corp.” to “Apollo Silver Corp.”

Effective at the opening of markets on September 10, 2021, the Company commenced trading of its common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange Exchange (the “ Exchange ”) under the new name: Apollo Silver Corp. The Company’s stock symbol remains as “APGO”.

The Company’s new CUSIP number is 03770A109 and the new ISIN number is CA03770A1093.

There were no other changes in the corporate structure of the Company, and there was no change to the Company’s financial year-end or interim and annual reporting periods.
