This is to inform your good office that in terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 16thday of January, 2021, interalia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020, and any other matter as may be considered appropriate by the Board.
Further, as intimated by our letter dated 30th December, 2020, the trading window in terms of Company's Code of internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, would remain closed from 01 st January, 2021 until the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020. Accordingly, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall now re-open on 19thJanuary, 2021.
