Sub: Cancellation of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 29[th] June, 2020

Further to our letter reference no. SEC:APL:RKD:102220:20 dated 19[th] June, 2020 we have to inform you that due to precautionary measures against Covid-19 and announcement of closure of offices by Maharashtra Government till 30[th] June, 2020, our finalization of Accounts and Audit work is still in progress with less manpower. In view of the announcement by SEBI vide circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/106 dated 24[th] June, 2020 for further extension of time for submission of financial results for year ending 31[st] March, 2020 upto 31[st] July, 2020, the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 29[th] June, 2020 is cancelled.

If any other announcement of closure is not made by Government of Maharashtra, then we will certainly inform you the next Board Meeting date for approval of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31[st] March, 2020 and other matters.
