Sub: Rescheduling of Board meeting for approving Annual financial results and Dividend for the year ended March 31, 2021

Dear Sir(s),

This is with reference to our letter no. AIL/CS/2021-22/191 dated June 21, 2021 and pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), we hereby inform you that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances which are beyond the Company’s control, the Company is unable to hold its Board Meeting to be held on June 30, 2021 and accordingly we reschedule the Board Meeting to be held on Saturday, July 10, 2021, to inter-alia to transact the following businesses:-

• a) To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

• b) To consider the recommendation of dividend on preference shares, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Further, the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed for dealing in securities of the Company for all Designated Persons till 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for first quarter ended June 30, 2021.
