Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the Company has received a formal Sanction Letter/Approval dated March 13, 2026 from the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI), Government of India, under the scheme Creation/Expansion of Food Processing & Preservation Capacities ( “CEFPPC” ) of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Sampada Yojana ( “PMKSY” ).
