On February 20, 2024, APi Group Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on year-end 2023 results and announcing net revenue and adjusted EBITDA guidance for 2024 in advance of the Company's participation in Citi's 2024 Industrials Tech and Mobility Conference on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 and the Barclays 2024 Industrial Select Conference on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
