Notice is hereby given to you that on the 12th day of December 2024, Thursday, at 10:00 a.m., the Annual General Meeting of the Company shall take place at the Company's head office at Aphrodite Hills Resort.

• (1) Consideration and approval of the audited financial statements for the year ended the 31st December 2023.
• (2) Consideration and approval of the Management Report of the Company for the year ended the 31st December 2023.
• (3) Remuneration of the directors.
• (4) Re-election of directors.
• (5) Appointment of the auditors and fixing their remuneration.
• (6) Any other matter eligible to be considered in Annual General Meeting.
