Change in Apetit Plc’s Management Team

Apetit Plc’s CFO Teemu Luovila has been resigned from his position and will
continue to work for the company until 31 March 2022.

“On behalf of the company, I want to extend my warm thanks to Teemu for his
excellent contribution developing all areas of his responsibilities. I also wish
him all the best in future,” says CEO Esa Mäki.

The recruitment of a new CFO will start soon.
