Australian Potash Limited (ASX:APC) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Australian Potash Limited (‘APC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of APC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 2 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Australian Potash Limited (ASX:APC) – Request for a Trading Halt

Dear Stephanie,

Australian Potash Limited ( Company ) requests that the securities of the Company ( ASX: APC ) be placed in a trading halt with immediate effect from the commencement of trading on Friday, 29 October 2021.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 17.1 and in support of its request, the Company advises that:

1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company to the market in relation to a capital raising.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the time it makes an announcement to the market about the capital raising and the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 2 November 2021.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt request should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market regarding the trading halt.
