NOTIFICATION OF SHORTFALL FROM RIGHTS ISSUE

Goldphyre Resources Limited ( “Company” ) confirms that the Company’s 1 for 3 non-renounceable entitlements issue ( “Rights Issue” ) closed at 5:00 pm WST on 10 December 2013.

The Company provides notice of the shortfall of subscriptions for its Rights Issue as follows:

• a) The Company received acceptances for a total of 8,600,177 options;

• b) The number of options offered under the Rights Issue was 16,910,670 resulting in a shortfall of 8,310,493 options ( “Shortfall Options” ).

The Company will seek to place the Shortfall Options.

The issue of the options noted above under the Rights Issue will occur as soon as practicable.

It is anticipated that normal trading of the options will commence on 18 December 2013.
