બિનઅનામત વર્ગના આ નેતાઓએ રાજય સરકારને સાફ શબ્દોમાં ચીમકી આપી દીધી છે કે, એસસી, એસટી અને ઓબીસી અનામતને રાહત આપવા સરકાર જે નવો પરિપત્ર જારી કરે તેમાં બિનઅનામત વર્ગને અન્યાય થશે તો ઉગ્ર આંદોલન થશે. બિનઅનામત વર્ગને કોઈપણ પ્રકારે અન્યાય નહી સાંખી લેવાય. મોડી સાંજે બિનઅનામત વર્ગના નેતાએ ગાંધીનગર કલેકટર અને મુખ્યમંત્રીને મળવા પહોંચવાનો પ્રયાસ કર્યો હતો. જેને લઈ ગરમાગરમી અને પોલીસ સાથે ઘર્ષણના દ્રશ્યો સર્જાયા હતા. બિનઅનામત વર્ગના લોકોએ હાલનો પરિપત્ર રદ નહી કરવા ઉગ્ર માંગણી કરી હતી.

બિનઅનામત વર્ગના નેતાઓની બહ મહત્વની બેઠક યોજાઈ હતી. જેમાં સમગ્ર રણનીતિ નકકી કરાઈ હતી. ગાંધીનગરમાં સત્યાગ્રાહ છાવણી ખાતે છેલ્રા ૬૫ દિવસથી એલઆરડી ભરતીના વિવાદના મુદ્દે મહિલાઓ આંદોલન કરી રહી છે. આ મામલે ગઈકાલે સરકારે તેમની માંગણી સ્વીકારીને અને ૧-૦૮-૨૦૧૮ના પરિપત્રમાં સુધારો કરવાની વાત કરી

મોડી સાંજ રવાના થયા હતા. દિનેશ બાંભણીયા, કરણી સેના, ગુજરાતના પ્રમુખ રાજ શેખાવત સહિતના નેતાઓ સેંકડો કાર્યકરો, મહીલાઓની સાથે ગાંધીનગર જવા નીકળી હતી. જોકે. પોલીસે તાત્કાલીક હરકતમાં આવી બિનઅનામત વર્ગના લોકોને ગાંધીનગર જતા રસ્તામાં અટકાવ્યા હતા. જેને લઈ મામલો અને વિવાદ ગરમાયા હતા. એક તબકકે બિનઅનામત વર્ગની સેકડે મહિલા બહેનો અને ઉમેદવારો રસ્તા પર જ ધરણા પર લાઈનમાં બેસી ગયા હતા. લાંબી હરોળમાં મહિલાઓ રસ્તામાં બેસી જતા રોડ બ્લોક થઈ ગયો હતો. જેને લઈ પોલીસ પણ મુંજવણમાં મુકાઈ હતી. આ મામલે પાટીદાર નેતા દિનેશ

બાંભણીયાએ ઉગ્ર આંદોલનની ચીમકી આપતાં જણાવ્યું કે, સરકાર અમારી સાથે ચર્ચા નહી કરે તો અમે આંદોલન કરીશું. બિન અનામત સમાજે રૂપાણી સરકારને સીધી ચેતવણી આપી છે કે જો, આ પરિપત્રમાં કંઈપણ કેરફાર થશે તો સરકારે ભોગવવા તૈયાર રહેવું પડશે. તેમણે એવો પણ આક્ષેપ કર્યો છે કે, છેલ્રી કેટલીક ભરતીમાં જનરલ કેટેગરીની મહિલાઓને અનામતના લીધે ઓર્ડર હજુ સુધી આપવામાં આવ્યા નથી. આવી મહિલાઓને તત્કાલ ઓર્ડર આપવાની પણ તેમણે માંગ કરી છે અને જો તેમને ઓર્ડર નહી મળે તો ૧૫ કેબ્રુઆરીથી બિનઅનામત સમાજની ૩૯૬ યુવતીઓ ગાંધીનગરમાં ઉપવાસ છાવણી કાતે ઉપવાસ પર બેસશે. આજે ગાંધીનગરમાં બિન અનામત
