Dear Sir / Madam,

Further to our letter no. SEC/2911/2023 dated November 29, 2023 with respect to the Issue which opened on November 23, 2023 and closed on November 29, 2023, please note that the Share Issue Committee of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e. , on November 30, 2023, approved the allotment of 18,99,696 Equity Shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of ₹ 5,264 per Equity Share, i.e. , at a premium of ₹ 5,254 per Equity Share [(which includes a discount of ₹ 276.33 per Equity Share (4.99 % of the floor price, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations) to the floor price)], aggregating to approximately ₹ 9,999.99 million, pursuant to the Issue.

Pursuant to the allotment of Equity Shares in the Issue, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from ₹ 38,26,86,190 consisting of 3,82,68,619 Equity Shares to ₹ 40,16,83,150 consisting of 4,01,68,315 Equity Shares each. The shareholding pattern of the Company before and after the Issue, will be submitted along with listing application in the format specified in Regulation 31 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Further, find attached herewith the list of allottees who have been allotted more than five percent of the Equity Shares offered in the Issue, marked as Annexure A .
