1.In the Document of Loan Agreement for Dena Niwas Loan dated 17-10-2017 you have acknowledged your liability to the Bank to the tune of Rs. 15,00,000/- as on 17-10- 2017. The outstanding stated above include further drawings and interest upto 31-03- 2021. Other charges debited to the account are Rs. Nil.

2.As you are aware, you have committed defaults in payment of interest on above loans/outstanding for the quarter ended 31-03-2021. You have also defaulted in payment of installments of term loan/demand loans which have fallen due for payment on 31-03-2021 and thereafter.

3.Consequent upon the defaults committed by you, your loan account has been classi=ed as non-performing asset on 31-03-2021 (mention date of classi=cation as NPA) in accordance with the Reserve Bank of India directives and guidelines. Inspite of our repeated requests and demands you have not repaid the overdue loans including interest thereon.

મિશન અંતર્ગત રૂ. ૩૪૧૧ કરોડની જંગી ફાળવણી

રૂ.૮૫૨.૬૫ કરોડ આપી પણ દેવાયાનઆ યોજના અંતર્ગત વર્ષ-૨૦૨૨ સધીમાં રાજ્યના તમામ ઘરોને અને માર્ચ, ૨૦૨૨ પહેલા ૧૦ લાખ ઘરોને નળ થી જળ પહોંચતું કરી દેવામાં આવશે. દેશના પ્રત્યેક ઘરને નળથી જળ પહોંચતું કરી દેવાની નિયમિત અને લાંબા ગાળાના અભિયાન અંતર્ગતની ભારત સરકારના જળ મંત્રાલયની નેશનલ જલ જીવન મિશન હેઠળની યોજનાના ભાગરૂપે કેન્દ્ર સરકારે વર્ષ-૨૦૨૧-૨૨ માટે ગુજરાત સરકારને રૂ. ૩૪૧૦.૬૧ કરોડની ગ્રાન્ટની ફાળવણી કરી છે. આ પૈકીની રૂ. ૮૫૨.૬૫ કરોડની રકમ રાજ્ય સરકારને આપી પણ દેવાઈ છે. અત્રે ઉક્ષેખનીય છે કે, વર્ષ-૨૦૧૯-૨૦ માટે આ યોજના અંતર્ગત માત્ર ૩. ૩૯૦.૩૧ કરોડની કાળવણી થઇ હતી, જે વર્ષ-૨૦૨૦-૨૧માં વધારીને રૂ.૮૮૩.૦૮ કરોડ જેટલી કરી દેવામાં આવી હતી. કેન્દ્રીય જળસંસાધન મંત્રીશ્રી ગજેન્દ્રસિંહે ગુજરાત માટે ચાલુ વર્ષે આ અભિયાન અંતર્ગતની રકમ આશરે ચાર ગણી વધારી દીધી છે. જલ જીવન મિશન: હર ઘર જલ યોજનાનો પ્રારંભ વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીજીએ ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટ, ૨૦૧૯ના રોજ કરાવ્યો હતો. જેનો ઉદેશ વર્ષ-૨૦૨૪ સુધીમાં ગ્રામીણ લોકોનું અને ખાસ કરીને મહિલાઓ અને દીકરીઓનું જીવનધોરણ સુધારીને પ્રત્યેક ઘર સુધી પીવાલાયક શુદ્ધ પાણી પહોંચાડવાનો હતો. વર્ષ-૨૦૨૦-૨૧માં ગુજરાતના ૧૦.૯૪ લાખ ગ્રામીણ ઘરો સુધી ''નળથી જળ'' પહોંચતું કરી દેવામાં આવ્યું છે. જયારે વર્ષ ૨૦૨૧-૨૨ સુધીમાં વધુ ૧૦ લાખ ઘરો સુધી નળ મારફતે શુદ્ધ જળ પહોંચાડવાની યોજના છે. રાજ્યમાં ૯૨.૨૨ લાખ ગ્રામીણ આવાસો છે, જે પૈકીના ७७.૨૧ લાખ (આશરે ૮૩%) ઘરો સુધી પાઇપથી પાણી પહોંચતું થાય

અમદાવાદ.તા.૩૧ કેટલાક મહિનાઓમાં રાજ્યના ૨૩ જિલ્નાના ૧૨,૦૦૦થી વધુ ગામોને ૧૦૦% ઘરોને હર ઘર જલ આપીને નળથી પાણી પહોંચતું કરવાની કાર્યયોજનાને પૂર્ણકરવામાં આવશે.નઆ કામગીરીના જ ભાગરૂપે, ં'૧૦૦ દિવસનું અભિયાન ૨ ઓક્ટોબર ૨૦૨૦ના રોજ વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદી દ્વારા શરૂ કરવામા આવ્યું હતું. જેમાં શાળાઓ, આંગણવાડી, આશ્રમશાળાઓમાં નળ દ્વારા પાણી પહોંચાડવાની કામગીરી શરૂ કરવામા આવી હતી. રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા અત્યાર સુધી ૨૯૭૫૪ ગ્રામય શાળાઓ અને ૪૨૨૭૯ આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્રોમાં પાણીનું જોડાણ આપવામાં આવ્યું છે. ૯૮.૫ ટકા શળાઓ અને ૯૧ ટકા આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્રોમાં હાથ ધોવા માટેની સગવડ પૂરી પાડવામા આવી છે. આ અભિયાન દ્વારા એ સુનિશ્વિત કરવામા આવ્યું છે કે બાળકોને સ્વચ્છ પાણી મળે જેથી તેમનું સ્વાસ્થ્ય સુધરે અને સ્વચ્છતા જળવાઇ રહે. નલોકભાગીદારીતા સાધીને વિકાસ કરવામા ગુજરાત હંમેશા અગ્રેસર રહ્યું છે અને આ પ્રવૃત્તિ હેઠળ જ પાણી સમિતિની સ્થાપના કરીને ગ્રામયસતરે પીવાના પાણીનું સંચાલન કરવામા આવ્યું છે. જેની શરૂઆત વર્ષ-૨૦૦૨માં વોટર એન્ડ સેનિટાઇઝેશન ઓર્ગેનાઇઝેશન (વાસ્મો)ની સ્થાપના સાથે થઇ હતી.

૧૭,૨૨૫ ગામડાઓમાં ૧૦−૧૫ સ્થાનિકો મળીને લોકભાગીદારીતાથી પાણી સમિતિ બનાવે છે અને તેની યોજના, અમલીકરણ અને જાળવણીની કામગીરી કરે છે. અત્યાર સુધી ૧૭,૧૦૭ ગામડાઓમાં ૫ વર્ષીય એક્શન પ્લાન તૈયાર કરવામા આવ્યો છે. જે ૧૫−માં નાણાપંચના સમયગાળા સાથે સાયુજ્ય સાધીને પાણીની સુરક્ષા અને સ્વચ્છતા સુનિશ્વિત કરશે. આ કામગીરીમાં સ્થાનિક લોકો મુખ્ય ભાગ ભજવે છે. અને તેઓ ગામડાની જરૂરિયાત પ્રમાણે પાણીના સ્ત્રોત શોધી પ્લાન બનાવે છે, જ્યારે પબ્લિક હેલ્થ એન્જિનિઅર તેમને ટેક્નિકલ સહયોગ પરો પાડે છે. નરાજ્ય સરકારે બિનસરકારી સંસ્થાઓ (એનજીઓ)/સીબીઓ અને

સંકલનમાં કામ કરે છે જેઓ કમ્યનિટીને ગ્રામય કક્ષાએ એક્શન પ્લાન, ગ્રે વોટર મેનેજમેન્ટ, સ્ત્રોતનું સશક્તિકરણ, અમલીકરણ અને સંચાલન વગેરેમાં મદદ કરે છે.

આ વર્ષે ક્ષમતા વિકસિત કરવા અને તાલીમ માટે રાજ્ય સરકારે તૈયારી કરી છે. એવું નક્કી કરવામા આવ્યું છે કે પાણી સમિતિ, પબ્લિક હેલ્થ એન્જિનિઅર , આઇએસએ વગેરેના ૮ હજારથી વધુ લોકોને તાલીમબદ્ધ કરવામા આવે જેથી પાણીને લગતી સ્કિમ સુચારૂ રીતે અમલી બને અને ઘર ઘર સુધી પાણીના કનેક્શન પહોંચે. તેના દ્વારા રાજ્યમાં દરેક પરિવારને પાણીની સુરક્ષા લાંબા સમય સુધી મળી રહે તે સુનિશ્વિત કરી શકાશે.નરાજ્ય દ્વારા મહત્વાકાંક્ષી જિલ્રાઓ અને સંસદ આદર્શ ગ્રામ યોજના (એસએજીવાય)ના ગામોમાં નળના પાણીના જોડાણો પરા પાડવામાં વેગ મળ્યો છે. ગુજરાતમાં કુલ ૮૬ જળ-પરીક્ષણ પ્રયોગશાળાઓ છે જેમાંથી આઠને એનએબીએલ દ્વારા માન્યતા પ્રાપ્ત છે. ગ્રામીણ ઘરોને પુરા પાડવામાં આવતા નળના પાણીની કામગીરીની દેખરેખને મજબૂત બનાવવા માટે, ગુજરાતે ૨૦ ગામોમાં સ્માર્ટ વોટર મોનિટરિંગ હાથ ધર્યું છે. દાહોદ જિલ્નામાં ચાર પાઇલટ પ્રોજેક્ટસની શરૂઆત થઈ ચુકી છે. રાજ્ય સરકાર આ વર્ષે આઇઓટી આધારિત સ્માર્ટ વોટર સપ્લાય મોનિટરિંગ માટે ૫૦૦ થી વધુ ગામડા આવરી લેવાની યોજના ધરાવે છે.

જલ જીવન મિશનની જાહેરાત વડાપ્રધાન નરેન્દ્ર મોદીએ ૧૫ ઓગસ્ટ, ૨૦૧૯ના રોજ લાલ કિલ્રા ખાતેથી કરી હતી. જે અંતર્ગત રાજ્ય સરકારો અને કેન્દ્ર સાશિત પ્રદેશો સાથે ભાગીદારી સાધીને વર્ષ-૨૦૨૧ સુધીમાં દેશના પ્રત્યેક ગ્રામીણ ઘર સુધી નળથી જળ પહોંચતું કરવાની નેમ વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ નવી શરૂઆતને કારણે ગ્રામીણ ક્ષેત્રોમાં રોજગારીની નવી તકો ઉત્પન્ન થશે અને ગ્રામીણ અર્થતંત્રને વેગ મળશે. આ માટે ગ્રામીણ વિસ્તારોમાં પીવાના પાણીનો પુરવઠો પાડવા માટે રૂ.૧ લાખ કરોડના રોકાણનું ચાલુ વર્ષે આયોજન છે. જે

વડોદરા મહાનગરપાલિકાએ જાહેર કરેલા આંકડાઓ પ્રમાણે. આજે વધ ૩૪૫ કેસ સાથે વડોદરા શહેર જિલ્લામાં પોઝિટિવ કેસ સાથે કુલ આંક ૬૯,૦૩૧ ઉપર પહોંચી ગયો છે. કોરોનાથી આજે વધુ ૩ વડોદરા શહેર અને જિલ્લામાં સત્તાવાર મૃત્યુઆંક ૬૦૬ પર પહોંચ્યો છે. આજે વધુ ૫૮૨ દર્દીને હોસ્પિટલમાંથી ડિસ્ચાર્જ કરવામાં આવ્યા છે. આમ અત્યાર સુધીમાં કુલ ૬૧,૩૫૪ લોકો કોરોનાને માત આપી ચૂક્યા છે. વડોદરામાં હાલ ઓક્સિજન ઉપર અને ૧૪૧ દર્દી વેન્ટિલેટર પર છે. વિશ્વવ્યાપી કોરોના મહામારીના

સંક્રમણ સામે આરોગ્ય રક્ષા કવચ આપતું કોરોના રસીકરણ અભિયાન વડોદરા જિલ્રામાં પૂરજોશમાં ચાલી રહ્યું છે. વડોદરા જિલ્રા આરોગ્ય તંત્રે જિલ્રા ક્લેક્ટર શાલિની અગ્રવાલ અને જિલ્રા વિકાસ અધિકારી કિરણ ઝવેરીના | માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ રસીકરણને અભિયાન હાથ ધરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. વડોદરા જિલ્રામાં આરોગ્ય વિભાગ દ્વારા ૪૫થી વધુ ઉમરના નાગરિકોને કોરોના રસી આપવાનો પ્રારંભ કરવામાં આવ્યો છે. વડોદરા જિલ્રા આરોગ્ય તંત્ર દ્વારા હાથ ધરાયેલા રસીકરણ ઝુંબેશ હેઠળ વડોદરા જિલ્રામાં અત્યાર સુધી હેલ્થ કોરોના વોરિયર, ફનટલાઇન વોરિયર, ૪૫ થી ૫૯ અને ૬૦ વર્ષથી વધુ ઉમરના કુલ ૩,૯૮,૧૧૪ નાગરિકોએ રસી લઇને કોરોના સામે આરોગ્ય સુરક્ષા કવચ મેળવ્યું છે.વડોદરા જિલ્લાના ગ્રામ વિસ્તારોમાં રસીકરણ કેન્દ્રો ખાતે કોરોનાની રસી આપવાની કામગીરી પૂરજોશમાં ચાલી રહી છે તેમ જણાવતા મુખ્ય જિલ્રા આરોગ્ય અધિકારી ડો. સુરેન્દ્ર જેને ઉમેર્યું હતું કે, આ વ્યવસ્થાઓનો ૬૦+ ઉમરના વડીલો અને ૪૫થી વધુ ઉમરના નાગરિકો રસીકરણનો લાભ લઇ રહ્યા છે. વડોદરા જિલ્રામાં અત્યાર સુધી ૪૫થી વધુ

કિસ્સો પ્રકાશમાં આવતા તબીબો પણ

ચોંકી ગયા હતા. ઉદ્યેખનીય છે કે,

માતાને ગર્ભ રહ્યાના દોઢ મહિને કોરોના

થયો હતો અને જન્મ બાદ બાળકને

એમઆઇએસ-સી બિમારી થતા

ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં ચિંતિત

તબીબોએ નવજાતની તાત્કાલિક

સારવાર હાથ ધરી છે. હાલ એક

દિવસનું બાળક જીવન મરણ વચ્ચે

ઝોલા ખાઇ રહ્યું છે. એમઆઇએસ-

રાજ્યમાં જીવલેણ કોરોના વાયરસનો કહેર યથાવત છે. બીજી તરક કોરોના મહામારીથી સાજા થયા. બાદ પણ મ્યકોમાઇકોસીસની સાથે સાથે નવી બિમારી બાળકોમાં જોવા મળી છે. આ કોરોનાની મહામારી વચ્ચે બાળકો પર મલ્ટી સીસ્ટમ ઇનફ્લાઇમેટ્રી સિન્ટ્રોમ ઇન ચિલ્ડ્રન (એમઆઇએસ-સી) નામના રોગના ભોગ બની રહ્યા છે. કેટલાક બાળકો પોસ્ટ કોવિડ દરમ્યાન આ રોગનો શિકાર બની રહયા છે.બાળકો હાઇપર ટેન્શન લેતો તે આનો શિકાર બને છે, આ ઘાતક બિમારી બાળકોના હર્દય ઉપર ખાસ અસર જોવા મળે છે. એમઆઇએસ– સી માં બાળકોમાં તાવ આવવું , દાણા નીકળવા અને આંખોમાં લાલાશ આવવી, શરીર પર સોજા જોવા મળે

રાખવામાં આવ્યું છે.અહીં નોંધવું ઘટે ેક, હાલ સમગ્ર રાજ્યમાં બાળકોમાં થતી એમઆઇએસ–સી બિમારીની દહેશત જોવા મળી રહી છે. કોરોનાથી સાજા થઇ ચૂકેલા o−૧૮ વર્ષના બાળકોમાં આ બિમારી જોવા મળે છે. રાજકોટ બાદ અમદાવાદમાં પણ એમઆઇએસ-સીના કેસો નોંધાતા ચકચાર મચી જવા પામી છે. બાળરોગના નિષ્ણાતોનું કહેવું છે કે, મલ્ટીસિસ્ટમ ઇન્ફ્લામેન્ટરી સિન્ડ્રોમ ઇન ચિલ્ડ્રન નામના આ રોગમાં બાળકોની આંખો લાલ થવી, જીભ લાલ થવી, ગાણા નીકળવા, સોજા ચડવા તેમજ પેટ અને અન્ય અંગોમાં પામી ભરાવા જેવી સમસ્યા અચાનક વધી જાય છે અને આ બધુ બાળકના શરીરમાં કોરોના પછી અન્ટિબોડી વધી જવાને કારણે સર્જાય છે.
