ભ્રષટાચારના લેખખત આક્ેપ તેમજ તપાસની માંર કરતું આવેદનપત્ર પાઠવતા ચકચાર મચી જવા પામી છે સાવલી, ભાદરવા તેમજ સાંકરદાના ચાર મારીગીય સાવલી, તા. 12 કરોડોના ખચચે નવા બનેલ ડામર રોડ પર મસમોટા ખાડાતંત્ દ્ારા કોઇ જ તપાસ કરવામાં આવેલ રોડના કામમાં, સાવલી નજીક સામંતપુરા ભાદરવા ગામના માજી સરપંચ નથી. તેઓ લેવખત આક્ેપ કયયો છે સાથે ગામ પાસે હનુમાનજીનું મંવદર થી સાવલી મહેનદ્રવસંહ રાણા એ વજલલા કલેકટરને સાથેજવાબદાર સરકારી અવધકારીઓ સુધીનો ત્ણ રકલોમીટરનો રોડ હાલના લેવખતમાં રોડના અવધકારી અને કોનટ્ાકટર અને કોનટ્ાકટરે સાંઠગાંઠ કરી, સરકારી કોનટ્ાકટર દ્ારા બનાવવામાં આવયો જ સામે લેવખતમાં આક્ેપ કરીને આવેદન નાણાં ની ઉચાપત સાવબત કરતો આ નથી, છતાંય ૨૧ રકમી માં સમાવેશ કરી પત્ પાઠવયું છે તે મુજબ સાવલી - ભાદરવા ગંભીર ગુનો છે. આથી, રોડ બનાવવા માટે કામ પૂણ્શ થયાનું જાહેર કરવામાં આવેલ તેમજ સાકરદા ફોરલેન 21 km નો રોડ જવાબદાર સરકારી અવધકારીઓ અને છે. આ દેખીતી ગેરરીવત છે અને ભ્રષટાચાર સરકાર દ્ારા આશરે ૮૦ કરોડ થી વધુ કોનટ્ાકટર ઉપર કાયદેસરની કાય્શવાહી ની સાવબતી છે. હોવાનું જનાવીને તટસથ રૂવપયાના ખચચે બનાવવામાં આવેલ છે કરી, કરાયેલ કાય્શવાહી વવશે જાહેર તપાસ ની માંગ કરી છે સાવલી - ભાદરવા આ રોડમાં ચોમાસાની શરૂઆતમાં જ ગુણવત્ા નું મટીરીયલ વાપરવામાં આવયો પત્માં આક્ેપ મુજબ આ રોડ બનાવવાની જનતાને વદન ૧૫ માં લેવખતમાં જાણ તેમજ સાકરદા ફોરલેન 21 km નો રોડ મોટા ખાડા અને ગાબડા પડી ગયા છે, જે હોવાનો પંથક વાસી ઓ એ આક્ેપ કયયો છે કામગીરી ચાલુ હતી તયારે જ વારંવાર કરવાની આવેદન પત્માં માંગ કરી છે. સરકાર દ્ારા આશરે ૮૦ કરોડ થી વધુ આ રોડમાં બનાવવામાં હલકી કક્ાની પંથક વાસી ઓ ની ફરરયાદ અને આવેદન ફરરયાદ કરી હતી છતાં પણ વહીવટી વધુમાં, સાવલી - સાંકરદા ના ૨૧ રકમી રૂવપયાના ખચચે બનાવવામાં આવેલ છે.

છોટાઉદેપુર આરટીઑ કચેરી ખાતે વ્રુક્ારોપણ કાય્શક્રમ યોજવામાં આવયો હતો જેમાં વ્રુક્ના છોડની રોપણી કરતા અવધકારી દ્રશયમાન થાયછે તસવીર-ઝાકીર અંધી,છોટાઉદેપુર વૃક્ારોપણ કરતા નજરે પડે છે

દસ ગામ દીઠ ફરતા વિસ્તારમતાં કોઈ ગટર પંચતાય્ે બનતાિી નથી રસ્તા પણ પંચતાય્ે બનતાિેલ નથી મહિને ૧૦,૦૦૦ નું સ્ટાઇપેન્ડ સમગ્ર ચટાર્જ હિદેશ મંત્ટાલય આપશે પશુ દવાખાનાએ ગાયના વાછરડાનો એમ.એસ.ની વવદ્ાથીટીની વનવધ ચાવડા કેનદ્ર સરકાર છોટાઉદેપુરના વસેડી જુથ ગ્ામ પં. દ્ારા વવકાસના જીવ બચાવયો તરફથી વવદેશ મંત્ાલયમાં ઇનટન્શવશપ માટે જશે વડોદરા, તા.૧૨ વડોદરાની નામાંરકત એવી કામોમાં લઘુમતી વવસતારને કરાતો અનયાય મહારાજા સયાજીરાવ યુવનવવસ્શટીની વવદ્ાથીટીની વનવધ ચાવડા કે જે એમ.એ. ગ્ામ પંચાયતના અસસતતવ કાળથી અતયાર સુધી ત્ણેય ગામના તમામ ઇકોનોવમકસના બીજા વષ્શમાં અભયાસ કરે છે તેની ભારત સરકારના વવદેશ ફળીયા વવસતારનો વવકાસ કેટલો થયો તેની તપાસ કરાવે તો ખબર પડે છોટાઉદેપુર, તા.12 નખાવયા છે એમાંય ૩૦૦ ઉત ને બદલે વસેડી ગામના સોલા ઘર સોસાયટીમાં મંત્ાલયના માટે પસંદગી કરવામાં આવી છે. ઇનટન્શવશપ પ્ોગ્ામ છોટાઉદેપુર તાલુકાની વસેડી જુથ ૧૫૦ ફૂટ જેટલા માપના ઊંડાઈમાં બોર છે કોઈ ગટર શેરી લાઇટ કે રસતા અને ગ્ામ પંચાયતનાં ત્ણ ગામ અને ૯ જેટલા વસેડી પંચાયતે કરાવયા છે બીજું મૅપ કયા પાણીની લાઇન પંચાયતે આપેલ નથી આ ઇનટન્શવશપ પ્ોગ્ામ ભારત સરકારના વવદેશ ચલાવવામાં વોડ્ટ છે જે પૈકી ૯ સદસયો અને એક ગયું ને એનું રો મટેરરયાલ વાયર ,પાઇપ અને આ સોસાયટીઓમાં અનેક વાર મંત્ાલય દ્ારા સરપંચ છે આ પંચાયતમાં ૩ ત્ણ ગામ એ કયા છે અને કેટલું વબલ પાસ થયું હતું અંધકારમાં ચોરીઓ થઈ છે અને પોલીસ આવે છે, જેની પસંદગી પ્વક્રયા એક, વડોદરા, તા.૧૨ રૂણવાડ ,ખુટાલીયા ને વસેડી ગામ આવેલ તેવો સવાલ આવવસતારના લોકોનો છે આ ફરરયાદ પણ અનેક વાર થઈ છે ટૂંક માં બે અથવા ત્ણ મવહના માટે કરવામાં EMRI ગ્ીન હેલથ સવવ્શસ અને ગુજરાત થયો તેની તપાસ કરવામાં આવે અને તમામ ફરરયા વવસતારનો વવકાસ કેટલો કાળથી અતયાર સુધી ત્ણેય ગામના છે જે પૈકી ગ્ામ પંચાયતના અસસતતવ વવસતારમાં કોઈ ગટર પંચાયતે બનાવી નથી રસતા એક પણ પંચાયતે બનાવેલ નથી.આ સોસાયટીમાં ભૂગભ્શ ગટર લોકો માટે કામ કરી લઘુમતી વવસતારને વસેડી જુથ ગ્ામ પંચાયત દ્ારા લોકશાહી મુજબ લોકોને નયાય આપવામાં આવતો નથી માત્ ચોક્કસ વવસતારના ચોક્કસ કસોટીઓમાંથી પસાર થવાનું હોય છે. પ્ાથવમક કસોટી, ઇનટરવયુ અને આવે છે. ઇનટન્શીપ માટે અરજી કરતા વવદ્ાથીટીઓએ વવવવધ પ્કારની ૨ મવહના બાદ પરત આવીને તે અનય વવદ્ાથીટીઓ સાથે પોતાના ઇનટન્શવશપ દરમયાનના અનુભવો વવગતે શેર કરશે ગામ દીઠ ફરતું પશુ દવખાનાએ ફરી એક વખત અબોલ જીવ બચાવયો છે. વડોદરા વજલલાના આજુબાજુના પશુ-પાલન વવભાગના સંકલનથી કાય્શરત દસ ગામડાઓમાં અબોલ પશુઆ વવકાસ માં પંચાયતની ગ્ાનટ કેટલી યોજનામાં બે રોડ પાવલકાએ બનાવયા અનયાય કરવામાં આવે છે અને હાલ અંવતમ મેરરટ વલસટ પછી વવદ્ાથીટીઓને જેથી કરીને અનય વવદ્ાથીટીઓ પણ તેની પક્ીઓ માટે મફત સારવાર આપી એક અમૂલય ઇનટન્શવશપ ઓફર કરવામાં આવે છે. સમગ્ પ્વક્રયાથી માવહતગાર થાય. વાપરી ,તાલુકા પંચાયતની કેટલી વાપરી ,પ્ાયોજના વહીવટદારની કેટલી વાપરી કલેકટર એ ટી વી ટી ઇ કેટલી વાપરી છે ભૂગભ્શ ગટર છે જે હાલ ફેલ છે તે પણ પાવલકાએ બનાવેલ છે અહી શેરી લાઇટ પણ પાવલકાની ચાલે છે સફાઇ જેટલી સુવવધા છે તે ધારાસભયની ગ્ાનટ અને નગરપાવલકા અને ગુજરાત અબ્શન ડેવલપમેનટ કોપયોરેશન ગાંધીનગર ની આ સમગ્ પ્વક્રયામાંથી સફળતાપૂવ્શક પસાર થયા પછી એમ એસ યુવન ની વનવધ ચાવડાએ એમ એસ યુવન.ના વશક્કોનો પોતાને આપેલા માગ્શદશ્શન વરદાન તથા આશીવા્શદરૂપ સાવબત થયું છે. વડોદરાના વ્રજભાઈએ વજલલાના ગાયની પોર એક ગામમાં વાછરડીને રહેતા ,સાથે ધારાસભય અને સાંસદ સભયની એટલી ગ્ાનટ વાપરી એના આકડા મેળવી કારમી અહી પ્ાઇવેટ બોલાવે છે અહી પંચાયતે કોઈ સુવવધા આપેલ નથી અઝા અવધકારીએ પંચાયત પાસે આ વવસતારના મળેલી સેવાઓ છે કદાચ તાલુકા વવકાસ વવદ્ાથીટીની વનવધ ચાવડાની પસંદગી કરવામાં આવી હતી. હવે વનવધ ચાવડા માટે આભાર વયકત કયયો જેમના થકી તેને ભારત સરકારના મહતવપૂણ્શ અકસમાત થતા ૧૯૬૨ પર ફોન કયયો હતો. કોલ મળતા જ ડો. પુષપેનદ્ર પુવાર તથા તપાસ કરવામાં આવશે તો વવકાસ કેટલો પાક્ક સોસાયટીમાં એક બોર મોહનવસહ આગેવાન ઝાકીર અંધી ની લેવખત ફરરયાદ ૨ મવહના માટે વવદેશ મંત્ાલયમાં કરશે. ૨ મવહનાના મંત્ાલયમાં કામ કરવાની તક મળી. તેમના પાયલોટ કમ ડ્ેસર ચંદુભાઈ વનનામા થયો અને કેટલો ખવાયો એ સામે આવશે રાઠવાની ગ્ાનટમાંથી કરાવયો હતો ને અનુસંધાને માંગેલ માવહતીમાં આ ઇનટન્શવશપ આ ઇનટન્શવશપમાં પસંદગી પામેલા ઘટના સથળ માટે રવાના થઈ ગયા હતા. પંચાયત માં આવતા લઘુમતી વવસતારમાં છોટાઉદેપુર તાલુકાની વસેડી જુથ ગ્ામ અને અનય બોર રવહશો પોતાના ખચચે નાખેલ છે તયાં કોઈ રસતો બનાવેલ નથી વવકાસ તલાટી સરપંચ બતાવીને ખોટો જશ ના લે પંચાયતે શું કયુ?
