APPOINTMENT OF NEW APA BOARD DIRECTOR
APA Group (ASX: APA) advises the appointment of Mr Nino Ficca as an independent Non-executive Director to the Board of APA Group Limited and APA Infrastructure Limited (ASX: AP2), with effect from 1 September 2023. APA is the responsible entity of APA Infrastructure Trust and APA Investment Trust that together comprise APA Group.
Michael Fraser, Chairman of APA Group said, “I am pleased to welcome Nino Ficca to APA’s Board. Nino is a highly experienced Executive and Non-executive Director, having held senior leadership roles across the energy sector, including in both electricity and gas markets. Nino has deep experience in energy transmission and distribution grids, and his experience and skills will complement those of our existing Directors and strengthen the Board.”
Nino was previously Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of AusNet Services, a role he held for over 14 years, and is currently a Non-executive Director of Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), Kardinia Health, and Transurban Queensland.
