Victorian Transmission System – AER’s draft decision

APA Group (ASX:APA) notes that the Australian Energy Regulatory (AER) has today released its draft decision on the proposed revised access arrangement for APA’s Victorian Transmission System for the period 2013 to 2017.

While noting it is only a draft decision, it is apparent that APA and the AER have differing views on some key elements of the proposed access arrangement. APA will work through the draft decision in full before considering any further response.

APA’s EBITDA guidance for the 2012/13 financial year of between $540m to $550m remains unchanged.
