APA notes Fourth Supplementary Target’s Statement issued by HDF
APA Group (ASX:APA) notes that a Fourth Supplementary Target’s Statement has today been lodged by Hastings Diversified Utilities Fund (ASX:HDF) in relation to APA’s takeover offer.
APA Managing Director Mick McCormack said: "We will examine the PPA proposal in detail when its Bidder’s Statement becomes available, and will consider our position.
“Our immediate focus remains continuing to work constructively with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) in relation to the takeover offer that APA announced for HDF on 14 December 2011.”
