Completion of the Emu Downs acquisition
APA Group (ASX:APA), Australia’s largest natural gas infrastructure business, announced today that it completed the acquisition of the Emu Downs wind farm and development site on 30 June 2011 for $171 million, subject to final minor settlement adjustments. The transaction was announced on 23[rd] June 2011.
