APA notes that the Appendix 3Z Final Director’s Interest Notice for John Fletcher lodged on 6 March 2018 was lodged outside the required timeframe due to an inadvertent administrative error.
Between the lodgement of John Fletcher’s last Appendix 3Y and his retirement there was no change to his holding.
APA has reviewed its administrative processes and believes its arrangements are adequate.
