TRADING HALT (2 + 1 BUSINESS DAYS)

The securities of APA Group (the “Group”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Group, pending the release of an announcement by the Group. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 26 February 2018.

APA Group (ASX: APA) – Requests for trading halt

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Australian Pipeline Limited (ABN 99 091 344 704) (in its capacity as responsible entity of Australian Pipeline Trust (ARSN 091 678 778) and APT Investment Trust (ARSN 115 585 441)) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt in the stapled securities of APA Group (ASX: APA), to apply until the recommencement of trading on Monday, 26 February 2018.

For the purpose of Listing Rule 17.1, APA provides the following information:

1. The trading halt is requested in connection with a fully underwritten pro-rata accelerated institutional tradeable retail renounceable entitlement offer ( Entitlement Offer ) and is required to enable the attendant institutional bookbuild process to be conducted in an orderly manner.

2. APA requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday, 26 February 2018, or APA makes an announcement to the market about the completion of the institutional component of the Entitlement Offer.

3. APA is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
