TRADING HALT (2 + 1)

The securities of APA Group (the “Group”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Group, pending the release of an announcement by the Group. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 15 December 2014.

Request for Trading Halt – APA Group

Australian Pipeline Limited (ABN 99 091 344 704) (in its capacity as responsible entity of Australian Pipeline Trust (ARSN 091 678 778) and APT Investment Trust (ARSN 115 585 441)) ( APA ) requests the immediate implementation of a trading halt in the stapled securities of APA (ASX Code: APA), to apply from the commencement of trading on 10 December 2014 until the commencement of trading on 15 December 2014.

For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 17.1, APA provides the following information:

• (a) The trading halt is requested in connection with an accelerated renounceable entitlement offer and is required to enable the attendant institutional bookbuild process to be conducted in an orderly manner.

• (b) APA requests that the trading halt remain in place until the commencement of trading on 15 December 2014.

• (c) APA is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
