APA notes media reports

APA Group (ASX:APA) notes reports in this morning’s media of a potential subordinated notes offer in the order of $350 million.

APA confirms it has been considering such an offer among other options as part of its ongoing financing of organic growth and operations.

No transaction has been finalised or approved by the APA Group board.

APA will update the market in accordance with its disclosure obligations.
