APA Group

TRADING HALT

The securities of APA Group (the “Group”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Group, pending the release of an announcement by the Group. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 27 June 2011 or when the announcement is released to the market.

APA Group Trading halt request

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Australian Pipeline Limited, as responsible entity of Australian Pipeline Trust and APT Investment Trust (collectively, APA Group ), requests that an immediate trading halt be granted with respect to APA Group’s ordinary stapled securities.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, APA Group provides the following information:

• (a) a trading halt is requested pending an announcement by APA Group regarding the outcome of an institutional placement, further details of which will be provided to ASX shortly;

• (b) APA Group requests that the trading halt continue until the opening of trading on Friday, 24 June 2011, unless APA Group requests that the trading halt be lifted before that time; and

• (c) APA Group is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the trading halt.
