APA Group (ASX Code: APA): Notice under section 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act (Cth) 2001

This notice is given by Australian Pipeline Limited ACN 091 344 704 ( “APL” ) (in its capacity as responsible entity of Australian Pipeline Trust (ARSN 091 678 778) and APT Investment Trust (ARSN 115 585 441)) (“ APA Group ”) under section 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“ Act ”)

APL has issued 77,922,078 fully paid stapled securities ( “New Stapled Securities” ) in APA Group under a private placement to institutional and other wholesale investors.

APA Group advises that:

1. the New Stapled Securities were issued without a Product Disclosure Statement for the New Stapled Securities being prepared under Division 2 of Part 7.9 of the Corporations Act;

2. this notice is given under section 1012DA(5)(e) of the Act;

3. as a disclosing entity, APA Group is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

4. as at the date of this notice, APL as responsible entity of Australian Pipeline Trust and APT Investment Trust has complied with:

   • (a) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the APA Group; and

   • (b) section 674 of the Act as it applies to the APA Group; and

5. as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sub-sections 1012DA(7) and 1012DA(8) of the Act.
