DISTRIBUTION REINVESTMENT PLAN (DRP) SUMMARY
The DRP issue price with respect to the interim distribution for the period ended 31 December 2009 is $3.37.
The DRP issue price is the average of the daily volume weighted average market price of APA Group securities traded on the ASX over the period of 10 trading days ending on 10 March 2010, less the discount of 2.5%.
The new securities issued under the DRP will rank equally with existing securities. The DRP securities will be issued on the distribution payment date of 17 March 2010.
Details of the DRP participation rate and DRP issue price are provided below.
