DIRECTOR RETIREMENT – STEVEN CRANE
APA Group (ASX: APA), a leading Australian energy infrastructure business, today announced the retirement of Mr Steven (Steve) Crane, as a director of the Board of APA Group Limited after more than a decade of service to the Board.
APA Group Limited is the responsible entity of APA Infrastructure Trust and APA Investment Trust that together comprise APA Group.
Mr Crane was appointed on 1 January 2011 and served as a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Nomination Committee and the People and Remuneration Committee.
APA Group Chairman Michael Fraser thanked Mr Crane for his service and counsel over an extraordinary period of growth for the company.
“On behalf of the APA Board, I thank Steve for his significant contribution to APA. He has provided extensive experience, balance and insight to the Board and to me personally,” Mr Fraser said.
“It has been a challenging decade within the sector as the energy transition has accelerated and Steve’s diverse experience and background across a range of industries, in particular investment banking, has been invaluable.”
Mr Crane’s retirement from the APA Group Board takes effect from 15 September 2022.
