APA BOARD CHANGES

APA Group (ASX: APA), announces the appointment of James Fazzino as a non-independent Non-executive Director to the Board of Australian Pipeline Limited ( APL ) with effect from 21 February 2019 and the retirement of Russell Higgins AO from the Board.

APL is the responsible entity of Australian Pipeline Trust and APT Investment Trust that together comprise APA Group.

Michael Fraser, Chairman of APA Group said, “Board renewal continues to be a key priority for us and I am pleased to welcome James Fazzino to APL’s Board. His commercial acumen, international expansion experience and understanding of energy needs from a customer’s perspective will complement existing Directors skills and strengthen the Board.

“Russell has been a Director with APL since 2004 and has contributed extensive expertise to APL‘s Board across all aspects of the energy sector. He has provided a stable and consistent voice during APA’s growth and development over the last 14 years. The Board sincerely thanks Russell for his service to APA as a Director.”

James is currently the Chairman of Manufacturing Australia and formerly the Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of Incitec Pivot where, during his 14 year tenure, first as CFO and then as CEO, he oversaw the construction of two new manufacturing plants, successful integration of the $3 billion Dyno-Nobel acquisition and restructuring of the group to become a global industrial chemical company. He is a member of the Expert Advisory Panel of the Australian Energy Market Operator, Chairman of Osteon Medical and Vice Chancellors Fellow at La Trobe University.
