DIRECTOR RETIREMENT – PATRICIA McKENZIE

APA Group (ASX: APA) today advised that Ms Patricia McKenzie has announced her retirement as a director of the Board of Australian Pipeline Limited ( APL ) with effect from 8 March 2019.

APL is the responsible entity of Australian Pipeline Trust and APT Investment Trust that together comprise APA Group.

Ms McKenzie was appointed to the APL Board in January 2011.

Michael Fraser, Chairman of APA Group said, “Patricia has been a longstanding director for APA. She has contributed extensive expertise to APL‘s Board particularly in the areas of energy market regulation, governance and legal. She also assisted APA by remaining a director during the CKI consortium proposal which was terminated in November 2018. The Board sincerely thanks Patricia for her service to APA as a Director.”
