RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
APA Group (APA) advises that Mr Austin James has resigned from his position as Company Secretary of Australian Pipeline Limited, the responsible entity for Australian Pipeline Trust and APT Investment Trust, with effect from 29 April 2008.
Ms Sandra Dureau who is General Counsel of APA Group was appointed an additional Company Secretary on 3 April 2008 and will continue to act in the role of Company Secretary.
