COMPANY SECRETARY RESIGNATION

APA Group (APA) announced that following the appointment of Mark Knapman as Company Secretary on 16 July, Sandra Dureau has resigned as Company Secretary. Ms Dureau will continue her role as General Counsel and General Manager Regulatory.
