ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING APA GROUP’S CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
APA Group advises that its Chief Financial Officer, Rick Francis, has resigned and will be leaving APA in late December 2008.
Rick joined APA in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer, and since that time has contributed to the company’s growth and performance. APA expresses its thanks to Rick for his contribution, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
A process to fill the Chief Financial Officer position is underway.
