APA ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO BOARD
The Chairman of APA Group, Mr Len Bleasel AM, announced today that Mr Ross Gersbach will resign as a director of APA Group and take up an executive position as Group Manager Commercial of APA Group with effect from 1 February 2008.
APA Group Managing Director, Mr Mick McCormack, said “this newly created position is a result of APA Group’s recent acquisitions, and the need for a centralised commercial function within the company, and I look forward to working with Mr Gersbach in the New Year.”
