Today, A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S placed 7-year Eurobonds for a principal amount
of EUR 750 million with a coupon of 3.375%.
The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and documented under
the company’s EUR 3 billion EMTN programme.
The bonds were placed by Barclays, Danske Bank, ING, J.P. Morgan, Mitsubishi
UFJ Securities and Nordea.
