ANNOUNCEMENT
A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S places Eurobonds
Today, A.P. Møller – Mærsk A/S placed 7-year EUR bonds for a principal amount of EUR 500 million with a coupon of 4.375%.
The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The bonds will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and documented under the EUR 3 billion EMTN programme established in January 2010.
The bonds were placed by Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Danske Bank, HSBC and RBS.
