Block Listing Application
AO World plc announces that a block listing application has been made for 6,055,370 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The Shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be issued from time to time pursuant to the rules of the following schemes:
- 5,883,334 to be issued under the AO 2016 Employee Reward Plan (2016 grant)
- 172,036 to be issued under the AO 2014 Performance Share Plan (2016 grant)
It is expected that admission will become effective on 22 July 2019. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
