Proposed acquisition of Mobile Phones Direct Limited and Additional Listing

Further to the Company's recent announcements, the Company announces that in connection with the proposed acquisition of Mobile Phones Direct Limited ("MPD"), application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for admission to  the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading, of 13,095,104 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company, fully paid and ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. The new ordinary shares are proposed to be issued to the sellers of MPD as part consideration for the acquisition.

It is expected that completion of the acquisition will occur, and admission of the new ordinary shares will become effective, on 17 December 2018.
