AO World plc Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Following the release on 4 June 2019 of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2019, AO World plc ("Company") announces that it has today published its 2019 Annual Report and Accounts. The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 8.00am on Wednesday 17 July 2019 at AO Manchester, Baskerville House, Browncross Street, West Riverside, Salford M60 9HP.

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of Annual General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM
