Director / PDMR & PCA Shareholding
On 29 August 2025, the Company received notification that on 27 August 2025, Chris Hopkinson, a non-executive director of the Company, sold 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 88.4p per share. The purchaser of the shares was a pension fund of which Chris Hopkinson is a trustee and a beneficiary. As a result of the transaction: Chris Hopkinson holds 21,780,429* ordinary shares representing 3.75% of the current issued share capital of the Company; and the Hopkinson Consultants Pension Scheme holds 2,499,999 ordinary shares representing 0.43% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
*Holding for Chris Hopkinson excludes 350,877 ordinary shares held by Gayle Halstead, a person with whom Chris Hopkinson is closely associated.
