Director/ PDMR Dealing Notification

On 20 July 2023 nil-cost share awards granted under the Company's AO Incentive Plan 2018 (as amended) (2020 grant) vested, including to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs").  Following such vesting event, on 25 July 2023 Mark Higgins, CFO and a PDMR of the Company:

(a)  exercised half of his vested 2020 nil-cost share options  for 107,629 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the capital of the Company ("Shares"); and

(b)  subsequently sold the Shares resulting from such exercise.
