PDMR / PCA Share Dealing

AO World plc announces that it received notification on 29 July 2020 that on that day, Sally Roberts, the wife of  John Roberts, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 882,350 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 168.9p per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, John Roberts' beneficial holding (including Ordinary Shares held by Sally Roberts) is 108,937,457* Ordinary Shares, representing 22.76% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

(*holding excluding shares held by Crystalcraft Limited, an entity classed as closely associated to John Roberts)
