Additional Listing Application and Total Voting Rights

AO World PLC announces that an application has been made for 1,541,911 ordinary shares of 0.25p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.  These shares are being issued to the AO World PLC Employee Benefit Trust in order to satisfy the release of Share Awards under the terms of The AO 2018 Incentive Plan (FY19 grant).  

It is expected that admission will become effective on 18 August 2022. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Following admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 574,865,688 ordinary shares. There are no ordinary shares held in treasury. Therefore, following admission, this figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
