AO World plc announces that Luisa D. Delgado has decided to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the end of January 2022 to pursue other personal interests.
A selection process for the appointment of her replacement has commenced in accordance with UK Corporate Governance Code recommendations. Appointments to the committee positions vacated by Luisa's departure will be made in due course.
Geoff Cooper, Chairman said:
"Luisa has made a valued contribution to the Board of AO since she joined three years ago. We are of course disappointed she is leaving the Board but wish her well in her future endeavours."
