Notice of change in interest of substantial holder – Blue Energy Limited

ANZ gives this corrective notice of a change in substantial holding in respect of Blue Energy Limited (BUL) which replaces our most recent notice dated 19 April 2012 (April Notice).

Part of the relevant interest in the shares in BUL identified in the April Notice was acquired by ANZ as a result of the appointment of receivers and managers in respect of certain property of Primebroker Securities Limited (Primebroker) under a fixed and floating charge given by Primebroker in favour of ANZ dated 12 February 2008.

The April Notice stated that the number of shares that were the subject of that charge was 113,844,417. The correct number is 114,062,417 (a difference of 218,000 shares, resulting in an increase of 0.02% in ANZ's voting power in BUL).

DIRECTIONS
