UPDATE: ANZ/OPES PRIME SHAREHOLDING

Further to the disclosure on 3 April 2008, the Directors of Tandou Limited advise they have received notification that Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (ANZ) has sold its entire shareholding in the Company, effective 4 June 2008.

ANZ’s interest in the Company was acquired through the Opes Prime margin lending transactions in early April, and a Form 603 (Notice of Initial Substantial Holder) was lodged by ANZ on 23 April 2008.
