SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The ANZHA of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the redemption of these securities.

All other quoted securities of the Company are not affected by this suspension.
