FINAL REMOVAL OF EXPIRED CLASS FROM QUOTATION

The Floating Rate Transferable Certificates of Deposit due 9 May 2016 and 6.75% Transferable Certificates of Deposit due 9 May 2016 (the “Notes”) of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited will be finally removed from quotation at the close of business today, Monday 24 July 2017, in accordance with listing rule 17.2 following the maturity of the Notes on 9 May 2016.
