CPS2 - SUSPENSION FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The CPS2 of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation from the close of trading on Monday, 28 November 2016, at the request of the Company, pending the cancellation of these securities.

All other quoted securities of the Company are not affected by this suspension.
